UK and Channel Islands
Orders will be despatched to you within two working days. Orders weighing under 1250g are despatched by First Class Delivery (1-2 working days). Orders weighing 1250g or over are despatched using Parcel Force or Courier (3-5 working days) You will be notified by email informing you which method was used.
For customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days. However on occasion delivery may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
Rest of the World
We deliver to most countries. If you would like to make a purchase and would like your order to be shipped to a country out side of the UK please email info@buddinglittleartist.co.uk with your order details. We will respond to your email within 24 hours, providing you with the cost for postage and packaging and an estimated delivery time.
In an effort to reduce waste we try to reuse any packaging materials that we receive from our suppliers. If you are happy to receive your order in a pre-loved box please let us know when you reach the checkout.
If you would like to have any of your purchases gift wrapped simply select whether you require boy's gift wrap or girl's gift wrap and enter your gift tag message in the box provided. Your gift tag message will be hand written to add a personal touch. The cost of our gift wrap service is £1.50 per item.
We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Budding Little Artist. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply let us know by using our contact form or by emailing us at returns@buddinglittleartist.co.uk and return the item within 28 days of delivery , unused and in its original packaging and we will offer you a full refund. Budding Little Artist will not be liable for any carriage of cost incurred in returning goods unless they are faulty. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained for any goods returned in case of loss in transit. Refunds are normally processed within 3 working days of receipt. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, please let us know straight away by either using our contact form or emailing us at returns@buddinglittleartist.co.uk. We will be pleased to either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Refunds are normally processed within 3 working days of receipt. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
